Enlargement of Inner Lips, Asymmetry

If one of the inner lips is larger than the other, this may affect the person psychologically. Sometimes it can be so large and sagged that it comes out from the edge of the lingerie. Sometimes both outer lips are too big and may look swollen when wearing swimwear, bikini or tight pants.
It is possible to reduce one of the inner lips to be equal to the other or to minimize both inner lips as desired. This operation can be performed under local anaesthesia, the examination of the genital area and the operation of the inner lips do not harm the hymen. It is recommended to perform this operation after the menstrual period.

Pubis bölgesinde fazla miktarda yağ birikimi olabilir. Lokal anesteziyle yapılan tumescent liposuction yardımı ile bu fazla yağ birikimi kolayca alınabilir. Pubis bölgesinde deri gevşekliği varsa, sezaryen izi bölgesinden pubis germe ameliyatı yapılması (liposuction ile kombine edilebilir) yararlı olur. İşlem lokal anesteziyle yapılabilir.

Hymen

The genital region examination is made and hymen rupture is confirmed. This examination is done gently without damaging the old hymen or its residues.

Flap Operation

This operation can be done under local anaesthesia, it takes around 45 minutes. It is recommended to do after the menstrual period. It does not matter whether the hymen is new or old. Tissue transplantation is permanent unless there is a sexual intercourse or a manual intervention.

Genital Discoloration

There are different methods to recover the discoloration on the genital area skin. However, the success rate are not always high. In such cases, it is possible to plan the Exoderm method which suppresses the melanocytes which give dark colour and make the test in a small place
